Lucy is a member of our commercial team providing advice on a broad range of commercial and business matters. She works with clients on issues relating to buying and selling businesses; preparing, negotiating and advising on commercial contracts; commercial property matters including commercial leasing, acquisitions and divestments, and subdivision work; compliance; banking and finance including security enforcement; and intellectual property matters.

Lucy also provides advice on a range of corporate law matters including director duties, shareholder arrangements, and general company law issues.

Lucy is approachable and responsive, passionate about connecting with people and takes a pragmatic approach to helping clients achieve their business goals. She enjoys working successfully with a broad mix of commercial clients, and advises companies, institutions, airport, franchise owners and private clients. She strives to make working with her easy whilst providing practical and straightforward legal advice.

Lucy relishes being part of a vibrant and collaborative commercial team, and loves keeping fit both in the gym and outdoors, cheering on the side-lines of her children’s various sports, and enjoying her lifestyle property.
