Lisa is a trained Trust professional with over 14 years’ experience working in family inheritance and succession planning. She migrated to New Zealand from the UK in 2000 and graduated with honours from the University of Otago in 2004. Lisa started her Trust career in Jersey in the Channel Islands and studied at the Jersey Business School. Since Lisa returned to Dunedin she has worked at trustee companies Perpetual Guardian and Trustees Executors where she had her own portfolios of intervivos and testamentary trusts, estates, agencies and charities.
Lisa considers it a great privilege to have advised and assisted her clients when circumstances have been really difficult for them, such as the death of a family member. Lisa has also held specialist trust administration roles with other leading client services firms. Lisa enjoys keeping up to date and has completed papers at the University of Western Sydney and Otago Law School and towards the NZLS Legal Executive Diploma and modules in financial advice. Lisa enjoys working with the private client team to help people plan for their futures and make their intentions clear.
Away from work family comes first for Lisa as a proud mum of three boys. She loves meeting people, travel, contemporary literature, film and the great outdoors. She is also a Leader at Dunedin City Rangers – part of Girl Guiding New Zealand.
