Isabella Broadbent

Isabella joined Gallaway Cook Allan in 2013, initially practising a mix of general litigation and employment law. Since 2016 she has specialised in employment law, and supports Geoff Bevan and Gerrad Brimble while also raising her young family.

Her work involves drafting and updating employment agreements and policies, assisting in resolving employment relationship problems, and working with businesses to ensure they are complying with current employment legislation and best practice.

“The best thing about Gallaway Cook Allan is the people,” she says. “My colleagues are down-to-earth, sensible and sharp, and a pleasure to work with. I’m lucky I can say the same for our clients too.”

Away from work, Isabella enjoys spending time with her boys, listening to true crime podcasts, working on DIY projects, and volunteering in the community.
