Aaron Crampton


Aaron advises on commercial and property matters. These include business sales and purchases, business start-ups, commercial leases, trusts, banking and financing, security enforcement, commercial contracts and general corporate advisory work.  

He has worked successfully with wide range of personal and corporate clients over the years.

He says “I enjoy developing a connection with my clients helping them achieve their business objectives as quickly and efficiently as possible”.

Before joining Gallaway Cook Allan, Aaron worked as an Associate at Anderson Lloyd.

He has also worked overseas as an in-house lawyer for a global private markets investment manager, Partners Group. He was based in the Channel Islands where he dealt with global private equity, debt and real estate investment transactions.

Aaron graduated from the University of Otago in 2004 with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology). He was admitted to the Bar in Dunedin in 2005.

Outside of work Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife and two young sons, mountain biking, trail running and generally making the most of the stunning coastal environment that Otago has on offer.
